See, my big not-so-secret secret is that I don’t have a pioneering thought in my head. 🙂 Jocelyn posts kolaches? I post kolaches. Jocelyn posts cinnamon rolls? I post cinnamon rolls. Jocelyn posts homemade chocolate? I post homemade chocolate. I’d be lost without my guru. |
The funny part is that I like these pancakes even better than the gluten-free-but-not-paleo pancakes I’ve made in the past. 🙂 They’re easier to flip, thicker, and heartier, and the batter’s quicker and easier to make (as long as you have the ingredients and a food processor on hand). Even my grandma Cathie liked these for brunch on Thanksgiving morning. 🙂 |
Hey there. No, I haven’t found my notebook, but I worked up natural sugar chocolate chips this week so I have that recipe in a new place :-). I even tested them in my chocolate chip cookies for you (because how can I know if a chocolate chip recipe is any good unless I know how it bakes up?)! Of course, they’re still actually chocolate chunks, but they’re quite tasty regardless of shape.
I’ve also done onion rings before, but, in keeping with my quest to make food my sister can eat on her new, even more restricted diet, here they are again, paleo. 🙂
Some of you might remember GF fried chicken from many moons ago; the real difference between that recipe and this one, and in fact basically the point of this recipe, was that my sister could still eat it now that she’s on a paleo diet to manage her various new food intolerances. But, she can have everything in this recipe, sauce included, so huzzah! |
